Our Phone MAX service is designed to merge the rich set of devices and media available to subscribers today into an integrated communications experience. Using our residential desktop video calling and collaboration features such as web push, file sharing, and instant messaging, subscribers can reach new levels of communication possibilities. With video calling, grandparents can see their grandchildren, and parents can see their kids in college—whether they’re in the next town or across the country. When planning an upcoming vacation, a user can co-browse an online destination brochure with a traveling partner. Clicking a web-push button will instantly push the current page from one party’s PC to the other’s. The same collaboration features enable students to work together on homework assignments.

Our anywhere/anytime PHONE MAX services ensure that subscribers get the full range of services wherever they go. Subscribers can screen their incoming calls or set up all of their communication devices to ring at the same time or in sequence—including their cell PHONE—so that they never miss a call.
